The Sales Academy

The Sales Academy is a structured, two year training and development programme, designed to produce the best consultative sales force in the technology industry.

The Sales Academy offers a nine step development programme framework during which our employees quickly become capable, confident, and develop real life skills that are invaluable for progressing a career in sales. At Clarify, we ensure that success is measured, recognised and rewarded all the way through your career.

The Sales Academy is run by experienced trainers who have graduated through the Clarify career development framework. The structured training is endorsed by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management. As you advance through our internal programme, you progress towards a Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management awarded by the ISMM, which can be completed by stage 5.
