Clarify opens new Best Practice inside sales centre to add value to corporate investment in business development teams
Organisations can now optimise inside sales experience and motivate their most promising sales staff, with the opening of a new Business Development Academy, by Clarify, specialist in business development.
The Business Development Academy has been launched by Clarify to provide consultancy and training services to maximise internal sales team success in demand generation. The move follows frequently evidenced pressure on sales teams to find and recruit the right level of skills, as well as retain them for the longer term.
Clarify has revealed that business development executives with less than two years experience are being offered up to £70k packages, and in many instances remain in post for less than eighteen months.
